AUGUSTO “GUS” AGOSTO is is one of a very limited group of individuals in appraisal to be appointed as Commissioner in not just one regional trial court. He is also served as associate appraiser for BIR Zoning Revaluation Technical Committee.

He was formerly with Intech Property Appraisal, Inc. as the Managing Partner for Cebu Branch. He conducts real estate appraisal, site inspections and market the service of the company with different banks, companies, fellow real estate practitioners and friends.

He has appraised real estate properties of various type-from residential to commercial, industrial and institutional properties in Cebu, Iloilo, Bohol, Dumaguete, Negros Oriental, Leyte, Cagayan de Oro, Butuan, and other provinces in Mindanao.

He served clients such us PS Bank, Nature’s Legacy Eximport, Maybank, Rural Bank of Ronda, Aumri Corp.,Phil.Duplicators, Inc., Kiwilodge Hotel, GTC Corporation, Popular Feedmills, Inc., Cebu CFI Community Cooperative and other individual clients.

As a real estate broker, he works as a Broker-Partner of Leuterio Realty, as a Real Estate Professional Development Program Specialist, and as Investment Specialist of Primary Homes Inc., one of the leading real estate developers in Cebu. He was awarded as one of the Top Sales Performer for two consecutive years.

He graduated Bachelor of Arts, Major in Economics and a second year student of Bachelor of Law in Southwestern University. He is a licensed underwriter, both life and variable, issued by the Insurance Commission.

Gus is frequently invited to provide lectures, review and seminars on real estate service law, real estate updates with various organizations, groupings and institutions.

He is the Founding President of Cebu South Real Estate Board (CESOREB), a local board under Philippine Association of Real Estate Broker. He is also a member of Philippine Institute of Environmental Planner and Philippine Association of Realty Consultants.
